All Keys Lost (AKL) / Non-Runner Vehicles
- You are booking an all-keys-lost or non-runner vehicle service.
- We provide services for vehicles without functioning keys or a known starting condition ("non-runners").
- Our technician will program and/or code a new key. Once this is done, our service is considered complete, even if the vehicle does not start.
- Key programming and key cloning cannot guarantee a successful start due to potential underlying or pre-existing vehicle issues outside our control.
- We accept no liability for issues outside the scope of programming, including (but not limited to) auction history, long/short-term disuse, vehicle modifications, vehicle failing to start, loss or damages from pre-existing unrelated faults (e.g. electrical faults, long-/short-term disuse, modification, or auction history).
- Any post-service issues arise, contact us in line with our warranty policy.
- Where parts are required for special-order keys, they are made specifically for the vehicle; and
- Upfront payment is required, and cancellations will incur a fee of £100+VAT together with any parts already ordered or used in relation to the service, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
Gain Access
- You are booking a non-destructive vehicle entry service.
- Our locksmiths will attempt entry by picking the lock using non-destructive techniques.
- We cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing damage to the lock or vehicle, or where the lock is seized, damaged, aftermarket, or in poor condition.
- If the lock condition prevents non-destructive entry, our locksmith will discuss alternative solutions with you on-site, including airbag and rod method.
- In some cases, additional work may be required due to such lock conditions.
- A call-out fee is required, and cancellations will incur a fee of £100+VAT together with any administration already incurred in relation to the service, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
Spare Key
- You are booking a spare key programming/cloning service.
- The service requires access to your vehicle and your existing key.
- If your current key is damaged, intermittent, or unreadable, this may prevent successful programming or cloning.
- In such cases, our technician will explain your options on-site.
- Cancellation charges will apply once parts or services have been ordered (see Clause 12 of our Terms and Conditions).
Diagnostic Visit
- You are booking a diagnostic inspection/service visit.
- A fixed diagnostic/call-out fee of £100+VAT is payable.
- This fee is non-refundable if the underlying issue is caused by vehicle faults, modifications, or conditions outside our control.
- Where parts are required, these will be quoted separately and charged in addition to the diagnostic fee.
- Cancellation charges may apply if you cancel after the booking has been processed (see Clause 12 of our Terms and Conditions).
